We went to visit our new little friend Daniella Minidis today. Chris and Maria are in love with her! As they should be. She is a sweet little baby. I didn't want to let go of her, but Eldon was a little bummed out about that :)

O.K., so I've been greedy with these pictures that grandma Junie took of Eldon a couple of weeks ago. They just melt me, and I wish I was there, but I had engagement shoot (pictured 3 or so posts ago) so Larry went with them to help. Eldon really shined, don't you think :) I am keeping my absolute favorite a secret until it is hanging in Eldons room.
There are also a few pictures that I took on thursday of our good friend Maria. She should be having the baby any day now. We are very excited to meet their little girl :)

On Sunday we ran the Wellspring House Father's Day 5k as a family. Eldon was very good for the ride. Larry and I did pretty well for our first race. What I mean by pretty well is, we didn't pass out, throw up or anything like that, and we actually finished without walking :) Alex my 16 year old cousin is an excellent long distance runner. He ran the Boston Marathon at 15. Pretty cool. He put together the team for the race and raised over $2000 (maybe even $3000) for the Wellspring House. Annelise's good friends Bethy ran the race barefoot so we had to throw that shot in there. Also pictured are my aunt Helen, Uncle Ted, cousin Annelise, Alex and his girlfriends Steph, and my mom with Eldon. I have to give props to grandma Junie who photographed all of the running shots as well as the group photo.

Meet Tim & Meghan, they are from Beverly and Meghan and I have the same hair stylist. Small town :) I photographed them at Lynch Park. It was a great night for pictures. Nice soft light and a really sweet couple make my job a breeze!

Tonight I had an engagement session with Melissa & Josh. They were engaged at this locale in Beverly. Very cool little spot for pics. They were very cool too:)

Here is a slightly dated image from Memorial Day. We were at Bayard Cutting Arboretum in NY. Eldon loved the teenage Canada geese.

At 1:30 in the afternoon I thought I was dying. Eldon was being taken care of by angels while I napped with one eye on him. I have a major cough that took over my whole body. BUT by 3:30 the weather cleared and I was inspired to reschedule the shoot that I had canceled due to illness. I am so glad I did the shoot. Heather and Jon are good friends, and they recently gave us one of Jon's paintings. See below. I just LOVE it and it hangs in our kitchen brightening each rainy dreary day :) So here are some pictures that we got tonight. What a gorgeous little family!

Welcome to my NEW blog! I have been wanting to do this for SO long. And, now I have no idea why! What can I tell my friends and family?.... Well, we went to Boston on sunday night and had a excellent time photographing Shannon and Mark's engagement session. Then we had some family time in the publice garden. What a beautiful night. Come on summer! We also found this vibrant wall of ivy, and Larry did a mini shoot of Eldon and me.
